After selling it she decided to start investing in other profitable ventures, which made her turn into a successful businessperson.

Feeling Hawaii as the place where she belongs, Elizabeth decided to settle down here and use her investment skills and negotiation strategies to help other people to achieve their dreams too. Because of her international skills, she has a huge global reach expanding her client’s net of exposure.

She operates her Real Estate business with a passion to serve her clients above and beyond their expectations, treating your property as if it were her own, negotiating each deal with the skills, knowledge and ethics to ensure your complete satisfaction. When Elizabeth is not doing Real Estate, she is volunteering, that’s what her other passion is. She believes giving back to community is where her happiness is.

My History

People often ask me how I got my start in real estate. After all, as a younger agent who has been a Top 100 REALTOR® on Oahu for the past five years, some people assume that I have deep roots on the island or that I had financial help to get to where I am today.

The truth is that my journey hasn’t always been easy, but I’m proud to say that all I have accomplished in my real estate career is thanks to hard work, determination and a desire to provide my clients with the best possible service.

Like many transplants, I came to Hawaii on vacation trip for 20 days only but I fell in love with the beauty of the islands. Although I was only 22 years old, didn’t know a single person in Hawaii, had only $260 and a backpack full of clothing, I knew in my heart that I would make Hawaii my home. I never used my return ticket back to my country.

With no savings and no friends on the islands, I hustled to make a living. I cleaned houses and rode The Bus for hours each day to sell my handmade items at the swap meet. I ate a lot of rice with ketchup and shopped the sale racks at Goodwill. I counted each and every penny, and began to plan for my future.

When I was 24, I decided to earn my real estate license with the intention of one day investing in a small property that I could fix up and flip. It was during one of my real estate classes where I met my mentor, John Connelley—a legend in Oahu real estate and broker in charge at Locations. John believed in me, and encouraged me to become a REALTOR®. I soon joined Locations, and because I had no contacts, I went door-to-door in search of clients. I worked 16-hour days, made hundreds of calls each week and visited every neighborhood and condo building across the island learning the market.

Against all odds, I began to win clients over with my knowledge and work ethic. But even as I began to grow my business, I never once took any client for granted. Because of the hurdles I’ve had to overcome to achieve personal and professional success, I’m able to put myself in my clients’ shoes.

I have not forgotten where I have come from, or how hard I have worked to get here. That same grit that propelled me to succeed when most people would have given up is the same grit that I bring with me to each and every transaction.

I work hard to accomplish my clients’ goals because I know what it’s like to struggle and strive for a home and a secure future. If I could do it, so can my clients!
